Return Policy

You can return the product that you have received within 7 days from the date of delivery without opening the package, using it or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, please send an email with your invoice number and order number to [email protected], stating your reason for return. Our company will contact you as soon as you receive your e-mail or fax and you will be informed about how to return the product. It should be sent back with the product on your invoice. Instead of the returned product, the cost of another product or product will be returned to your credit card. Refunds will be paid due to transportation costs will be borne by you.

II. Products Damaged During Transportation

Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a record of damage should be filed with the transport company. The product should not be returned due to small dents that may be in the box and packaging in a way that will not damage the product. However, the delivery company will be deemed to have fulfilled its duty after it has been received by you. After the damage report of the unacceptable product is delivered to our store by you, our store will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible.

III. Defective Products

Please send the e-mail containing your invoice and order number to [email protected] addressing the faulty products that cannot be noticed during delivery. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, the defective product will be replaced with a new one after sending the invoice with the returned product to our store;

Refunds will be paid due to transportation costs will be borne by you.
